THINGS TO DO TO PREPARE FOR
A GOD AND COUNTRY MEETING

At least four weeks before the God and Country Sunday, you should write a personal letter to all the officials you would like to be at the God and Country Service (state senator, state representative, mayor, judges, sheriff, chief of police, city councilmen, etc.). If possible, I will include a list of these officials for you. If you have any update, please send it to me. After you have done this, send me all their names and addresses. I will write them a personal letter also. I will prepare an award for each of them. It is a very nice certificate especially printed for our officials. I will bring them with me so you can sign them before they are framed. You will need to purchase 8 x 10 frames prior to the meeting.
